OdinAI is an enterprise-focused AI platform that helps large organizations deploy custom AI agents tailored to their operations. What makes OdinAI stand out is its ability to build fully operational agents for any industry: highly specialized, fully secure, and designed for complex enterprise workflows. Though OdinAI already had strong traction with large companies, they wanted to accelerate enterprise acquisition through paid channels. They initially explored SMB acquisition but quickly realized their product and sales cycle were best suited for enterprise-scale organizations. That’s when they partnered with Roveir to build a targeted, scalable acquisition funnel across Meta and Google Ads.

Our Process

Step 1

Discovery

We began by understanding OdinAI’s positioning, enterprise ICP, and existing sales funnel. The team already had a solid network of enterprise clients, but their challenge was expanding reach and generating predictable high-quality leads.

Roveir audited their current acquisition approach, creative assets, landing pages, and existing targeting assumptions to identify where paid media could fill the gaps.

Step 2

Market Research

Our research focused on three areas:

  1. Enterprise buyer motivations: security, efficiency, and operational scalability.
  2. Industry-agnostic messaging: since OdinAI serves multiple verticals, our strategy required flexible value propositions that still felt specifically enterprise-grade.
  3. Competitor paths: analyzing how other enterprise AI solutions were acquiring leads across paid channels, and where OdinAI could differentiate with clearer demos, better messaging, and stronger proof points.

Step 3

Meta & Google Ads Campaign Strategy

Meta Ads: Low Intent, High Volume Lead Capture
Meta served as the top-of-funnel engine to capture lower-intent users. The goal: cost-effective signups and traffic to OdinAI’s product landing page.

  • Broad targeting with enterprise-leaning signals
  • 9 variations of creative themes to test value props, product visuals, pain points, and demo snippets
  • Optimized landing experience to maintain funnel consistency
  • Future plan: add lead magnets to improve conversion rate further

Google Ads: High Intent Enterprise Leads
Google captured users actively searching for AI agent solutions, automation tools, or enterprise AI deployments.

  • Search campaigns targeted high-intent keywords leading directly to demo booking pages
  • Tight match types and negative keyword filtering to prevent SMB/consumer traffic
  • Messaging focused on enterprise reliability, security, and measurable operational impact

Step 4

Launch Strategy

During launch, we optimized for speed of learning and funnel consistency.

  • Prioritized rapid creative testing on Meta to identify top performers
  • Monitored cost per signup and user behavior across the landing page
  • On Google, we set up phased scaling: starting with exact-match high-intent terms before expanding
  • Ensured both channels aligned with OdinAI’s enterprise positioning to prevent SMB traffic leakage

Within the first weeks, the campaigns delivered early traction and clear data on which funnels and creative angles resonated most.

Step 5

Next Steps

As OdinAI continues working with Roveir, the focus shifts to:

  • Scaling spend on winning channels
  • Introducing lead magnets for both Meta and Google to increase conversion rates
  • Refining the demo funnel to shorten the enterprise sales path
  • Expanding creative iterations based on proven angles
  • Building a long-term, consistent acquisition engine for enterprise leads
